Home / Place an Order How to Order Your Custom Cut Shapes Ordering your custom cut shapes is very simple and straight forward. Since each custom shape is unique, you will need to provide the following details: • Shape library number • Material library number • Thickness of material • Size of shape (maximum height or width) • Quantity Please follow the steps below to order your shapes: 1. Click on the Order button below to get to the order form. Fill out the form, making sure to include all the shape details mentioned above. 2. Once your form is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a completed order form in PDF format which will include all the order details, including shipping. If the order is correct, simply reply back with ACCEPT in the email title. If there are any errors, please make note in your reply. Instructions will also be included in the email. 3. If a material is not in stock or needs to be ordered in, you will be informed at this time, along with when we expect the material to arrive. If the lead time is too long, you may choose to cancel your order by writing CANCEL in your reply. 4. Once the order is accepted, you will receive a PayPal invoice for your total cost. Please note that your order will not be placed in the queue until payment has been received. 5. Once payment is received, we will manufacture your shapes and ship out your order within 48 hours, providing we have the material on hand. We only accept PayPal as a form of payment. This is the safest, easiest method which allows us to accept all credit cards while keeping your personal information secure. If you have a custom shape in mind that you would like cut out of one of our materials, please allow us to send you a quote.
