We only accept payment by PayPal. Is there a minimum order required? Yes, but we feel it’s very reasonable. In order to cover our setup costs, we require a minimum order of $10.00. To save money, we suggest ordering all your shapes at the same time. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. In most cases, we ship via USPS or Canada Post. If requested, we can also expedite packages through FedEx. How do I submit an image for cutting? Start by sending us a quote request with all the details. Images can then be sent to us through follow-up emails. Full instructions will be included. Can you cut any material? Unfortunately, no. While we can cut and engrave a wide variety of materials, we can’t cut metal, stone or glass. We also don’t cut anything thicker than 1/4”. What’s the biggest piece you can cut? Our laser will fit material as large as 24 inches long by 18 inches wide. At that size, a 1/8” perimeter is required around the edge of the material.
